What you get

Quote against the accounts your sales team already keeps, and let Salesforce see what happened to the enquiry without anyone copying it across.

In Settings then Integrations, open the entry and follow its steps:

Step 1.
Add an outbound endpoint for the quote and order events under Zapier, Make or n8n, pointed at that platform's hook.
Step 2.
In the automation, write each event onto the matching Salesforce record.
Step 3.
For accounts coming the other way, add an inbound endpoint with the upsert customers action under Custom inbound endpoint.
Step 4.
Have the automation map each new or changed Salesforce account onto the documented shape and post it to that URL, and it appears in Customers.
