Usage and what draws on it
Know what draws on your plan's one pool of usage, what never does and what happens when it runs out.

Three worked months drawing on one pool of usage, where AI answers, Inspect and everything else share the same month: a small firm on Pro uses about a tenth of its month; a medium firm on Ultra uses about a quarter of its month; a field team opening company profiles on Pro uses about a fifth of its month.
What draws on it

A line draws on the pool when it is first resolved. A follow up turn draws only for the lines that are new against what the thread already resolved.
What never draws on it
Browsing, searching, filtering and reading, reopening a thread, rendering a quote PDF, receiving a notification and a customer reading their own records.
Seeing it
The bar at the top right of the AI input opens a card with the share of the month used in plain words, what has used it, today's budget if one is set and the reset date. You never see a unit count.
The pool by plan
- Ultra holds three and a half times the usage of Pro, and Max eight and a half times.
- A paid plan's pool resets on the billing date and does not roll over.
- The free plan's allowance is for the life of the account and does not refresh.
- An owner can set a daily budget so one busy day cannot take the month.
There is no overage. When the pool runs out, AI answers pause and everything you do by hand carries on until the reset or an upgrade, which refreshes usage straight away.
