Seven categories, fifteen packs
Each knowledge pack carries the vocabulary, designation grammar and extraction conventions of one supply area.

A quick scan of each request picks only the packs it needs before any model runs, so a bearing enquiry is read with power transmission knowledge and a regrind list with cutting tool knowledge.

What AEI does with a request
- Reads the text, tables and scanned pages you sent into one document.
- Sets out each line with its units normalised and a citation behind every value.
- Fills a missing detail only where your customer's own history or the stated application settles it, and shows it as an assumption you can change.
- Matches each line by calculation against your catalogue, your designs and your services.
- Answers with the matches, the questions it still needs answered and the draft.
The packs know what a designation means. What you stock, charge or will substitute comes from your own catalogue, fields and pricing, which is why the same enquiry gives two businesses two different answers, each right for the business that received it.
Cite or abstain: AEI never invents a specification, tolerance, price or part number. A value the request does not state stays empty and becomes a question.
