How usage works
One pool a month for the AI and the platform, shown as a share, never a count.
Three worked months drawing on one pool of usage, where AI answers, Inspect and everything else share the same month: a small firm on Pro uses about a fifth of its month; a medium firm on Ultra uses about a third of its month; a field team opening company profiles on Pro uses about a fifth of its month.

Pricing questions
- Pro fits a firm where one or two people quote, Ultra a quoting team and Max multi site or high mix work. Ultra carries three and a half times and Max eight and a half times the usage of Pro.
- No. Each month starts with the plan's full allowance.
- Yes. An upgrade is prorated immediately, and a downgrade takes effect straight away with no mid-cycle charge and no refund for time already paid.
- As many as you like on Pro, Ultra and Max, within fair use; Free holds 2 users.
- No: Kabaido Ltd is not VAT registered yet, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, this page says so first.
