See what the site's pages are waiting on and change their text yourself.

- Why
- A build is usually waiting on words or photographs, and that should be visible, not buried in email.
- What
- Every text and media slot on the site, page by page, with its honest state.
- How
- Open Content in the workbench at
/app/commerce/content.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Populated | The image or video is in place. |
| Awaited | The project is still waiting on this shot; the row says which one. |
| Pending publish | A text edit is saved and on its way to the site. |
Filter by Page, Kind (Text, Images, Video) and State. The header counts slots populated, images still awaited and edits pending publish.
Change a line of text
- Step 1.
Find the text slot and choose its edit button (admins only).
- Step 2.
Change the text and choose Save. It reads Pending publish until the site confirms it.
Photographs are real shots of your own products and premises, never stock images. They go to the project team, not through this screen.
Products never appear in Content. A product on the site is a catalogue record: change it in the Catalogue and the site follows.
