Outreach and compliance
Send grounded first touches through your own inbox, with the PECR guard and your suppression list enforced.
The visit agenda ends with a way in: one credible opening grounded in a cited specific rather than fabricated familiarity. If your organisation has a connected email inbox, corporate targets can be contacted from it; otherwise copy it into your own client. Sent emails log as activities on the company.
The PECR guard
UK electronic marketing rules distinguish corporate subscribers (limited companies, LLPs and plcs, who may be emailed without prior consent) from individual subscribers (sole traders and non LLP partnerships, who need consent). Every profile carries its status; individuals and unknowns show a consent banner and no send option. The guard is server side and absolute.
The suppression list
Addresses or whole domains on your suppression list (Settings, Integrations) never receive Inspect outreach. An objection is honoured absolutely; add it to the list and the send paths refuse it from then on.
Every send carries your identification and a plain way to object, and visits print with the brief so the intelligence travels with the rep, not ahead of them.
