PCD shank tools cost each machine at its own rate

1.33.22

Each operation of a PCD shank tool is costed at its own station's rate, and the solid shows open flutes and helical wings as real tools have.

Updated 22 October 2026

Set a machine rate on each station and every operation of a PCD shank tool is costed at it: sawing, tip cutting, edge erosion and the rest no longer share one rate. Two station groups join the list for it, bar sawing and tip cutting.

The cutting list chooses the cheapest disc that holds the tips, the cost parts add up to the total, and the routed minutes read as your own once you save your rates. The solid now shows an open flute in front of every PCD face, a relieved land behind it and, on compression and multi tip routers, the plates on helical wings.
