Live quotes from your website

Every price a visitor builds on your Commerce website now becomes a quote in Quotes, marked Website. It follows their basket and the item they are configuring, priced with your store's own rules, and shows how far they got: configuring, in basket, at checkout or ordered.

A visitor is followed across visits and linked to their customer record when they sign in or check out. Each quote shows its lines, totals and a timeline of what the visitor did, and the Commerce overview has a Live quotes panel for the last six hours.
