Sending a quote
Send emails the contact the PDF and a link where they accept or decline. The body takes {{number}}, {{company}} and {{valid_until}}, and the email is logged against the quote.
Branding by plan
Your logo and brand colour come from Settings then Organisation and apply on every plan.

Documents render in your organisation's document language: English, with a French rendering for organisations that work in French.
