German RFQs read as their engineers wrote them

The structured request now reads the German words for a corner radius, the flutes and lengths, a relieved neck and its reach, internal coolant and roughing, semi-finishing and finishing. An end mill with a corner radius is no longer listed as square with a question about its end.
