The terms
What you pay
The published plan and nothing else, from £189 a month, with five per cent off if you pay annually. No case study, no naming and no commitment beyond the plan you choose.

When the work happens
We agree the setup dates with you when you start. A build for a plan started late in December may run into January; the offer still holds.
Before you decide
- Start free, no card, and try it on your own work first.
- Nothing leaves without review: replies go to your own review address until you choose otherwise.
- Keep your ERP. Kabaido connects to it.
- Switch on only the products you need; switching one off never deletes its data.
- Every product on every plan. No overage.
Setup questions
- Any business that starts a paid plan before the end of 31 December 2026, UK time. There are no other conditions.
- Setup is quoted at a fixed price from 1 January. Anyone who started a paid plan before then keeps their included setup.
- The offer is for paid plans. On the free plan you can set up your own workspace and try it on your own work.
- One build, of whichever kind fits your work best: a design module, a wizard module or a machine module. Further design, wizard and machine modules are quoted per project.
