Batches through the AI
Send a customer's list of items to the AI and get every row priced against your services.
Updated 23 September 2026
- Why
- A service enquiry arrives as a box and a list, and pricing forty lines by hand takes the morning.
- What
- The AI prices each line against your own service definitions, the same engine the bench uses.
- How
- Paste or attach the list in the one AI input at
/app, in Request mode.
Send a batch
- Step 1.
Open
/app, choose Request (or Order for a purchase order) and paste the list or attach the file. - Step 2.
Each line is matched to a service and its parameters are filled from what the customer wrote.
- Step 3.
The answer is a Service batch card: line, description, serial, quantity, price and state.
| State | Means |
|---|---|
| OK | Priced by your formula. |
| Needs info | A parameter the price needs was not stated. It is asked for, never guessed. |
| Rejected | A Block rule stopped it, and the row carries that rule's message. |
Act on it
- Quote these items drafts a quote from this card's rows. Rejected rows are left out.
- Register items gives every row without a serial its own code and books it into intake.
- A line that names a known serial loads that item's history, and its row shows how many times it has been serviced.
- A price on a service subject to inspection stays provisional until the item is measured at the bench.
Questions about your items
In Question mode the same input answers "What has been done to item ABC-26-00147?" and "What is due for service this week?" from your registry.
Each row is priced by the same engine that runs in the builder. Pricing a batch draws on your plan's usage; see how usage works.
