Plans set usage and scale

20 September 2026. The second release of the 1.0 programme rebuilds what a plan is. Pro is £189 a month, Ultra £549 with three and a half times the usage, Max £1,299 with eight and a half times, and Enterprise by agreement; five per cent off annual. Every product is on every plan. A plan sets how much usage and how much scale a workspace has and nothing else.

Usage

• Everything a workspace does that costs Kabaido something draws on one pool: AI answers, Inspect profiles and exports, wizard runs, design exports and your customers' own use of the customer surface. There are no credits and no price per unit anywhere.
• The usage bar sits beside the AI input. Hover, tap or focus it and the card says how much of the month is used in plain words, what has used it, and when it resets. It is a share, never a number.
• An owner can set a daily budget in Billing: a fifth, a tenth or a thirtieth of the month, or a custom amount, in the workspace's own time zone. When today's budget is used, AI answers pause until midnight and everything you do by hand carries on.
• Upgrading mid month tops the balance up to the new plan's allowance straight away, once per period.
• The free plan holds a fixed allowance for the life of the account. It is for seeing the platform work; it does not refresh.

Billing

• Billing shows the plan, the period, the usage in words, the daily budget, and the scale rows (people, products, services, design modules, saved designs, exports, stations, storage, Inspect profiles and wizard runs) as used against included.
• Inspect draws on the same pool. On the free plan it is a preview: the map and the lists, with no company opened.
• The Enterprise card says what an agreement covers and books a conversation. There is no overage on any plan.

• Integrations, the API keys and the connectors are no longer gated by plan: a product that is on brings its connections with it.
