Data export and deletion

Why

Your data is yours, on every plan, including after you leave.

How

Export from the list you are looking at, or email for everything; delete from Organisation settings.

Export a list

   Step 1.

   Open a list such as /app/quotes, /app/orders or /app/customers and filter it to what you want.

   Step 2.

   Choose Export, then pick the rows (Filtered, or Shown when nothing is filtered, or Everything loaded), the columns and the file name.

   Choose CSV or JSON and Download.

Full export

Email hello@kabaido.com for everything: one CSV per table, covering requests, quotes, orders, customers, the catalogue, servicing, configurators, usage and emails. API key hashes and integration credentials are redacted and never leave the database.

Delete the organisation

   Step 1.

   As the owner, open /app/settings/organisation and scroll to Danger zone.

   Step 2.

   Choose Delete organisation, type the confirmation shown and choose Delete forever.

Or email hello@kabaido.com and we delete it for you. Invoices and the accounting records the law requires are kept only as long as it requires; your catalogue, customers, quotes and requests are not kept.

Removing a colleague under /app/settings/users revokes their access at once but keeps the records they created, which are your organisation's.
