CNC Milling
Run the CNC milling module: machined parts with modelled cycle times, machining orders, a run queue and billet stock.
The CNC milling module is the screen at a machining centre. It was built for cutter bodies and similar parts machined from billet, and it is 3 plus 2 capable: the machine kinds cover a plain 3 axis vertical centre, a 3 plus 2 vertical centre and a horizontal centre.

Parts and cycle times
A part arrives from a designed product or from entered dimensions and carries a modelled cycle time. The model is standard machining theory at coated carbide midpoints, not a claim about your machine: a removal rate per ISO material group and a non productive allowance, both editable in Setup. Batch setup is charged per distinct part rather than per piece, which is how a shop actually loses the time.
Orders, the queue and stock
Machining orders collect parts and quantities per customer and queue against a machine. Round billets and blocks are stock lines with their real dimensions. Completing a run books the billets out and completes the order lines; a run consuming more than is held writes a shortfall line rather than hiding it.
What is modelled and what is not
Every figure on this screen is modelled from published machining theory and your own chart rows. It is a planning number, and the chart is where you make it yours. Nothing here posts a program: the module schedules and accounts for the work, and the CAM system you already run produces the code.
