Lists and the planner

Group the companies you mean to work, then run your visits and follow ups from one screen.

Updated 23 September 2026

Why
A patch is worked in batches: the run on Tuesday, the accounts a branch covers, the names off a trade show.
What
Lists hold those batches, and the planner shows every company you are working in the order it is next due.
How
Build lists from the region, then set a status or plan a visit and the company joins the run in /app/inspect/planner.

Make a list

  1. Step 1.

Open /app/inspect/lists and press New. Name it after the patch it covers and press Create.

  2. Step 2.

In /app/inspect, choose Add to a list on each company worth keeping.

  3. Step 3.

Back in Lists, choose the list to see its companies and how many you have opened. Export downloads the opened companies on it as a CSV.

Adding a company to a list never opens its profile, so planning draws nothing. Deleting a list leaves its companies in the region.

The planner

Every company with an engagement status, grouped by day and then by postcode district so a run makes route sense, with undated companies under No date set at the end. Each row carries its latest visit agenda.

Filter by owner, then Print run sheet for a paper copy. A company without an agenda offers Prepare one. Plan visit on a company page puts it on the run.

An Inspect visit run of 3 demonstration companies over two days, grouped by postcode district, each with its status and date; the first has its visit agenda ready.

Demonstration data

Inspect sits beside your CRM, not instead of it: no forecast, no opportunity values and no second pipeline.
