Set up your organisation
Set the details, numbering and brand that every quote, order and document carries.

The tabs

| Stations | The benches, machines, docks and vans that sign in with their own device key |
| What the AI has learned | Preferences the AI keeps once a correction has been confirmed three times; Forget removes one |
Set these first
- Step 1.
On Company, set the currency and the VAT rate, then Save organisation. The rate decides whether a total is right.
- Step 2.
Press Upload logo (any image but SVG; large files are resized) and pick a Brand colour. Both appear on quote PDFs, emails and the pages your customers open.
- Step 3.
On Templates, set the prefixes and Save document IDs. Existing numbers never change.
Logos and colours apply on every plan. On the Free plan a document also carries the Kabaido wordmark and a Prepared with Kabaido line; Pro, Ultra and Max carry your branding alone.
What lives elsewhere
Where your customers sign in, and how it looks to them, is set under Settings then Customer facing, brought by Commerce: see customer facing settings. People and their access are under Users, roles and stations.
Danger zone
Only an owner sees Delete organisation, which asks you to type the workspace slug. It removes all of its data and cannot be undone, so export your data first.
The foot of Company shows the Platform version your workspace runs.
