The four elements
Find the product that fits a need by its element, and know why the menu is grouped differently.

- Why
- People look for a product by the job it helps with, not by its name.
- What
- Sales, Logistics, Production and Marketing group the products by the part of the business they serve.
- How
- Use them on the website's Products menu and on the onboarding tiles to find what fits.
The products in each element
| Element | Products | Also useful to |
|---|---|---|
| Sales | Sales Engineer and Design Engineer | Service Centre and Wizard |
| Logistics | Route, Source and Stock | |
| Production | Service Centre and Machinist | Stock |
| Marketing | Wizard, Inspect and Commerce |
An element is never a product: there is no product called Sales or Logistics. Each product has one element and at most one second.
Inside the platform the menu lists areas, not products, each with its own icon, in the order Sales, Products, Operations and Growth. New request and Search sit above them, your Stations and your Recents below, and Settings is in the account menu at the foot. A short menu is one list; once it holds 7 areas or more each group carries its label, and a label folds its group away until you open it again.
