Orders keep their customer, and repeats read past orders
1.27.17An order raised for a pinned customer keeps that customer and their prices, and a repeat order fills its gaps from what they bought before.

Create order now raises the order for the customer the order card shows, so their terms, price breaks and reference stay on it. When a customer asks for the same tool as last time without restating it, the details they left out are filled from the tools on their earlier orders and accepted quotes, and each one names the order it came from.
