Profile

/app/settings/profile, any member: your name, photo, email, appearance and password, and replaying the tour.

Users and roles

/app/settings/users, admin: invite people by Role templates, which set the role, the areas and the stations in one go, then change any member's access. See users, roles and stations.

Organisation

/app/settings/organisation, admin: Company details and the platform version, with the Source block when Source is on (who may send a purchase order, over receipt, invoice tolerance, price alerts and Accepted exchange rates), Templates for document numbering and terms, Customer fields, Stations with their device keys and What the AI has learned.

Products

/app/settings/products, admin: switch each product on or off, with what it brings and what switching it off does. Every product is on every plan. See how your workspace adapts.

Presets

/app/settings/presets, any member to read and an admin to install a trade's product schemas, design modules, wizards, machine modules, service models and customer fields. See presets.

Integrations

Notifications

Customer facing

/app/settings/customer-facing, admin, with Commerce on: the address customers sign in at, your own domain, your brand, what they may use, the customer AI switch and the welcome. See customer facing settings.
