Inspect is live
The fifth module is public: industrial customer intelligence for field sales, included with every plan.
31 August 2026. Kabaido Inspect is out in the open. It has been built and running for entitled accounts since July; from today it is a module anybody can read about, ask for and switch on, and the platform is five modules rather than four.
What it does
Inspect maps every manufacturer in a region into an engineering grade profile built from public evidence, then turns that into what a field representative needs before a first conversation: the three of your offerings that site's evidence actually supports, the questions worth asking, who to speak to and what happened last visit. Every profiled value carries its sources and whether it was verified or inferred, and a gap is listed as a gap rather than filled in.
What it costs
Nothing on top of your plan. The plan sets how many company profiles you can open a month, browsing the map and the lists costs nothing at all, and documents, stored contacts and debriefs draw on your ordinary monthly usage. See Billing for Inspect.
Where to start
Inspect overview explains the two layers and the first three things to do. The offering map and the two documents is the page worth reading before your first visit brief.
Also today
- The Machinist section gained pages for the wire EDM and CNC milling modules, and the Wizard section for the PCD saw blade and coating selectors.
- Commerce gained a section of its own for the workbench that ships with a connected site.
- Support was simplified to one conversation with the ways to reach a person beside it, and every support conversation is now visible to the Kabaido team so a question the assistant could not answer becomes a documentation page rather than disappearing.
- The website was walked page by page against the platform as it now is. The Wizard page had been publishing twice the free plan's real monthly run allowance since the page was written; it now reads the figure from the plan itself.
