Why

A workspace set up around the work you do is useful from the first request.

How

Start at Start free; everything you choose can be changed later in Settings.

Sign up

Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft where they are offered, or Sign up with email with your work email and a password. An email sign up is confirmed first: open the link in the email we send, or type its six digit code on the sign up screen, and setup starts. Google and Microsoft accounts skip this step. No card is needed.

The setup screens

   Step 1.

   What should we call you? Type your name.

   Step 2.

   What is your organisation called? Type the name, then answer What does your business do? by picking up to three trade cards, the closest first. Your first pick leads.

3. 3
   Step 3.

   What does your business need? Pick your products. Your trade's products arrive ticked; change any of them now or later in Settings. At least one is needed.

4. 4
   Step 4.

   What do you sell or service? Tick the presets for your range; your trade's arrive ticked, and a preset that needs a product you have not picked shows muted. Press Finish setup, or Skip for now with nothing ticked.

What each trade pre ticks

Arriving from a product's page on the website also ticks that product. Pre ticking is a suggestion only: every tile stays selectable and no product needs another.

Joining by invitation

An invitation opens Join followed by the organisation's name. Confirm your name and you arrive with the role, areas and stations the invitation carried; the organisation, products and presets steps are skipped. Sign in with the address the invitation was sent to.
