Design Engineer now reads the words a German enquiry uses for a necked tool and its reach (Ausspannlänge, Halslänge, freigeschliffen auf) and for internal coolant (innere Kühlung, IK, IKZ), so the special is set out as the same line in English would be. "Ohne IK" is read as no coolant through the tool, and 1.2343 is read as a hot work tool steel.
