Service Centre inspection reads every option by its name

• The Declared column on Record inspection shows a choice by its name, such as OD only, instead of the code behind it.
• In a workspace whose families are not set up yet, a choice made in the Measured column now reaches the price exactly as the service defines it, so the recalculated price follows what the inspector recorded.
