Give a person the right role, areas and stations in one pick, and know what each role can change.

The roles

Role	Can
owner	Everything an admin can, plus billing and the plan
admin	Settings, members, pricing rules, integrations, API keys and imports
engineer	The catalogue, schemas, design modules, servicing and stock; sees costs
sales	Creates and edits requests, quotes, orders and customers
operator	Works at stations and moves jobs; never sees a price, a cost or a margin
viewer	Reads, and changes nothing

The role decides what someone can change. Their areas only narrow what their menu shows.

Invite by job

Step 1.
Open /app/settings/users, enter their email under Invite a teammate and pick a Role template.
Step 2.
Choose Customise to change the areas or stations, then Invite.
Step 3.
Later, Access on a member edits them, and Save as a template keeps that setup for the next person.

A template only fills in the invite. Nothing reads it afterwards, so removing one takes nothing from anybody. Each template is offered only when a product it is for is on.

Stations

An admin creates stations and issues their device keys in Settings then Organisation, under Stations. A member who holds a station opens it from Stations in the menu and works it under their own name. A shared screen nobody is signed in to uses its device key at /station.
