Contact connectors
Connect the contact tools you already pay for and drive them from inside Inspect.
Contacts come from your own accounts on the tools you already use, connected once under Settings, Integrations. The shape is the same everywhere: connect, find (a free obfuscated preview), reveal (on your provider account and its licence), store (normalised into one contact list, deduped).

Connecting Apollo
Apollo is the one connector that goes through OAuth rather than a pasted key, because Apollo's own API terms do not allow a customer key inside a third party product. Two permissions have to line up, and they belong to two different systems.
- In Kabaido, only an admin or owner of the workspace can start the connection. Anyone else is refused before the redirect.
- In Apollo, the person who approves it has to be an Admin or a Billing and Seat Manager, or hold the custom permission to authorise third-party apps over OAuth. Anyone else is bounced back with a permission error and nothing is connected.
Apollo does not report a balance back through this connection, so Kabaido cannot show you what is left on your Apollo account. Check that in Apollo. A reveal that Apollo refuses for a spent balance comes back as a plain refusal here rather than a silent empty result.
Find and reveal need an open profile
Both actions are refused unless the region is activated for your organisation and you have already opened that company's profile: they are per company actions taken deliberately, not a sweep across a region. They also need the sales role, and they are rate limited per organisation.
Reveals always run on your own provider account and licence. Kabaido draws a little of your monthly usage per newly stored contact as the normalisation and dedupe fee; the same person is never charged twice, whichever provider found them.
Only company name, domain and, on a reveal, the person's name and title ever leave the platform through a connector. Profiles, evidence, your facts and your packs never do.
