Open the design workbench, move between its views and find each design module's rates and stock.

Parts you meet here
/app/design opens where the work is: the file you had open, else your newest, else a fresh file. Each design module opens at /app/design/<design-module>, and its Rates and stock at /app/design/<design-module>/settings.
Design modules are installed by presets in Settings then Presets. With none installed, the area says so and how to add one.
Switch Design Engineer off and, while this area still holds records, it stays readable under a banner that says so. Nothing is deleted, and changes are refused until it is back on in Settings then Products.
