Set it up
- 1Add an outbound endpoint for the quote and order events under Zapier, Make or n8n, pointed at that platform's hook.
- 2In the automation, write each event onto the matching Salesforce record.
- 3For accounts coming the other way, add an inbound endpoint with the upsert customers action under Custom inbound endpoint.
- 4Have the automation map each new or changed Salesforce account onto the documented shape and post it to that URL, and it appears in Customers.
