Movement kinds
A balance is never typed over: it is the sum of its movements. The ledger records Opening, Receipt, Reservation, Release, Issue, Consumption, Transfer, Adjustment, Return and Write off, each with who made it and when.
Orders reserve and issue against it, and design modules, machine modules, Route deliveries and Source goods in write their own movements here. See the ledger.
Switch Stock off and, while this area still holds records, it stays readable under a banner that says so. Nothing is deleted, and changes are refused until it is back on in Settings then Products.
