Why
Requests arrive as emails, POs and questions, and each needs the catalogue, the price and the engineering behind it.

The three kinds of message

Send a request

  1. Step 1.

    Open /app and choose Request under What you are sending.

  2. Step 2.

    Paste the RFQ, attach it or describe what the customer needs, then choose Send message.

  3. Step 3.

    Read the answer in the thread. It is kept in the menu under Recents and opens again at /app/r/<id>.

Question is always offered. Request and Order appear only with a product that quotes, a role of sales or above and Quotes or Orders in your access, as the AI interface sets out. Other areas link into it with a prepared prompt, such as Ask about this customer on a customer record, and nothing is sent until you send it.
