Clearer answers from the customer assistant

The assistant on a customer account reads quotes, orders, items and documents with their limits stated, so it can say when a list may hold more. It tells a customer that no deliveries are recorded yet instead of implying there are none to find. The homepage answer and the enquiry reply no longer carry fixed word counts.
