AEI reads more of what your customer wrote

• A quantity your customer states is always read as theirs, wherever it sits in the line: 20 off, x20, 20 pcs, 1,000 Stück or twenty. A size such as M10 x 40 is never taken for the quantity, and an estimate such as around 10 is asked about rather than guessed.
• Purchase order, invoice and quote numbers are never read as part numbers, and manufacturers' own codes are kept as written.
• Bearing, belt, thread and welding designations such as 6204-2RS, SPZ 1250 and M8x1.25 bring the right engineering knowledge to the request.
• An option your customer refuses, such as without topcoat or sans revêtement, stays refused in every language.
• Questions in /app go to the right place: a technical question is no longer mistaken for a help request or a record lookup, and a part number is no longer read as a serial.
• Ordinary business emails with delivery or handling instructions are no longer refused, while attempts to instruct the AI still are.
