Kabaido Meet and the Wizard
Live meeting rooms in the browser, deterministic product selectors and extra machine screens.
August 2026. Two surfaces shipped in late July and are live for every account: Kabaido Meet and the Wizard. The machine screen add-on landed alongside them.
Kabaido Meet
Kabaido now runs its own meeting rooms. Every meeting booked through Kabaido carries a kabaido.ai/meet link with a code, and guests join in the browser with no account and no download. Prejoin carries a camera preview, device pickers, background blur and noise cancellation; hosts can lock the room, mute or remove a participant and end the meeting for everyone. Meetings are not recorded.
- Booking through Commerce, Support, Design, Machinist and the website contact page now issues a Kabaido Meet link, falling back to a Google Meet link if a room cannot be created.
- There is no AI in a Kabaido Meet call and it consumes no credits.

The Wizard
The Wizard is a platform area of deterministic product selectors: engineering forms that compute a specification from published engineering data and match your own catalogue against it, with no AI in the loop. The first preset is the bandsaw blade wizard, whose reference tables are published in full.
- Running wizards in the platform is free on every plan and never consumes credits; the free plan includes 20 runs a month and paid plans are uncapped.
- Website integration, showing a wizard on a commerce website built by Kabaido, is £49 a month per site and is requested as part of the website build.

Extra machine screens
Every plan includes one connected machine screen, the free plan included. Extra screens are £49 a month each on any paid plan, and caps enforce softly: a running machine screen is never disabled mid-job. See the Machinist module page.
