1.37.22A request for a long or long reach tool with no reach stated is offered the long tools first and never sold the standard one.

When a customer asks for a long ball nose, a long reach or a tool for a deep cavity without giving the reach, the tools in your range with a long neck or reach lead the card, and the standard length tool is never selected for them. Give the reach and it is matched as usual.
