An agreed monthly price on a card, and the AI held until it is ready

A workspace with an agreed handover price now pays it by card from Billing: the first payment is taken at once and again every month until you cancel, with no end date. It no longer depends on the public plan prices being set up.

A workspace whose products are still being learned can have its AI input held. The box shows a short note, nothing can be typed or sent, and the rest of the account carries on as normal.
