Customers

Keep one record per customer with its contacts, terms, special prices, context for the AI and, with Commerce, its sign in.

Why
Terms, contacts and order history sit in separate systems, so every reply starts with a search.
What
One record per customer: contacts, terms, addresses, special prices, quotes, orders and service items.
How
Import a CSV, add the fields your trade needs, and ask the AI about any customer from their record.

Find it at /app/customers: an area in the menu under Sales. Brought by every workspace.

Inspect and Commerce add to it when they are on as well.
