Getting help
Ask the support assistant, read the docs, or open a ticket for the team, all from one place.
Support is its own area in the platform. Open it from the profile popout at the bottom of the sidebar, alongside Settings and Docs. It is one thing to do, with the ways to reach a person beside it: the assistant fills the page, and the rail carries your chats, a panel for talking to a person, your tickets and a few articles worth starting from.
The support assistant
Type a question into the chat. The assistant answers from this documentation and its understanding of how the platform works, and it shows the related articles it drew on. It is a support tool only: it cannot read or change your data, and it will not stray off topic.
If the assistant cannot fully answer, if you need an account change it cannot make, or if you ask to speak to a person, it opens a ticket for the team and tells you the ticket number.
Daily allowance
Each plan includes a daily allowance of assistant messages: Free 10, Pro 40, Ultra 150 and Max uncapped. If you reach it, your next question is turned into a ticket so nothing is lost, and the allowance resets at midnight UTC. The full picture, including reply times and what priority support means, is on Support and availability.
Talking to a person
Send a message opens a ticket and the team replies. Book a call picks a slot from real availability. Use either for anything the assistant cannot do itself: a change to your account or billing, something that looks wrong in your data, a bug, or a quote for a Commerce website, a design module, a wizard or a machine build. The panel says so on the page, so you do not have to find out by being told no.
Tickets and conversations
Your chats and your tickets sit in the rail beside the conversation, open work first. Follow a ticket through open, in progress, resolved and closed, and reopen one if it comes back.
Support conversations are visible to the Kabaido team. That is how a question the assistant could not answer becomes a documentation page rather than disappearing. Do not paste anything into support you would not send us in an email.
What the assistant is not
It cannot read your data and it cannot change it. It does not know how many quotes you have open, it will not look up a customer for you and it cannot upgrade your plan. It answers questions about how Kabaido works, from the documentation, and it hands anything else to a person.
That boundary is deliberate rather than a limitation waiting to be lifted. An assistant that could act on your account would need to be trusted with your account, and the support channel is not where that trust belongs. Acting on your data is what the platform itself and the MCP connector are for, both of which are gated by your own role.
Documentation
The rail links a few articles worth starting from and the documentation itself, which has its own search. Reading and asking are both first class: the assistant answers from these same pages.
