Clear words when an email cannot be sent

Sign up now checks that an address can receive email before the account is made. A typo in the domain shows a short note asking the person to check it, and no account is left half made.

If an email cannot be sent just then, sign up, a new confirmation email, a password reset and an email change all ask the person to try again in a minute.
