What a free workspace holds

Know what the free plan includes, where its caps are and what stops when one is reached.

Why
The free plan is there to see how the platform works on your own data before you subscribe.
What
Every product can be switched on; the plan sets caps on scale and a small AI allowance that does not refresh.
How
Choose products at sign up as anyone else would; an owner or admin sees the caps under Settings then Billing.

Every product is available

Products are switched on by need, never by plan, so a Free workspace can have any of them. Onboarding is the same on every plan.

What stops at a cap

  • The next one is refused with a message naming the plan limit: another invite, product, service, saved design, export or wizard run. Nothing already made is removed.
  • When the AI allowance is used, AI answers stop. Quoting, the catalogue and everything you do by hand carry on as normal.
  • The monthly caps start again each calendar month.
  • Upgrading lifts a cap and refreshes usage straight away.

Settings then Billing shows every cap except wizard runs under Scale, beside what you have used. Usage itself is never shown as a unit count, on any plan.
