What you get

The channel your team already watches sees a quote sent, an order raised or a service due as it happens.

In Settings then Integrations, open the entry and follow its steps:

Step 1.
In Slack create an incoming webhook for the channel you want.
Step 2.
Paste the webhook URL here and choose the events to send.
Step 3.
Wait for the next chosen event, such as a quote being sent, and check how it reads in the channel. Its delivery shows under Recent deliveries on the endpoint.
Step 4.
Add a second endpoint for a different channel where the audience differs.
