Connect it

In Settings then Integrations, open the entry and follow its steps:

  1. Step 1.

    In EFACS expose customers over the SOA web service as one JSON response, and note the endpoint and the credential.

  2. Step 2.

    Create a REST connection here with that endpoint and map the company, the email and the customer code.

  3. Step 3.

    Run the test fetch and read the sample rows.

  4. Step 4.

    Add an inbound endpoint with the ERP order status action so EFACS can post progress back in its own status words.
