Use the hardware you already own. Kabaido's labels are ordinary PDFs and its scan stations read keyboard input, so nothing is locked to one vendor.

Print Kabaido's label PDFs through Brother and scan the codes back in at any station.

What moves	Out: the label PDF, exactly as Kabaido renders it. In: the scanned code, as keyboard input. No vendor API is involved and nothing is sent to Brother.
What you hand over	Nothing. The printer and the scanner are yours and Kabaido never signs in to Brother.

What you get

In Settings then Integrations, open the entry and follow its steps:

Step 1.
Install Brother's own driver or label software on the machine that prints.
Step 2.
Print a Kabaido label PDF to it once and set the media size.
Step 3.
Open the scan station on that machine and scan a code into the field.
Step 4.
Set the scanner's suffix to a carriage return so each scan submits on its own.
