Enquiries that arrive by email become requests with a drafted reply, without anyone forwarding anything into Kabaido.

Connect it

In Settings then Integrations, open the entry and follow its steps:

   Connect a Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox and approve the sign in.

   Set review mode and the internal address drafts go to.

   Step 3.

   Watch the first days of classifications and corrections.

   Step 4.

   Switch the inbox to direct sending once you are satisfied.
