Inspect
Know what Inspect is, where it lives in the platform and what it costs.
Inspect is industrial customer intelligence for field sales. Kabaido maps every manufacturer in a region into an engineering grade profile built from public evidence, and Inspect turns that into what a representative needs before a first conversation: which three of your offerings to lead with, which questions to ask, who to speak to and what happened last visit.
The gap it fills
A regional account manager has hundreds of manufacturers within an hour's drive and no honest picture of what any of them make, run or buy. Sales intelligence tools document firmographics, hiring and software, none of which tells you that a shop runs five axis machining in Inconel and therefore has a tool life problem worth talking about. Inspect models the engineering: processes, machines, materials, certifications, scale and commercial signals, each value carrying its own sources.
It is deliberately not a CRM and not a product search. It sits upstream of the quote and beside whatever system already holds your pipeline, which is why export and integration matter more here than pipeline management does.
Where it lives
Open Inspect in the main navigation. It is a workbench rather than a set of sidebar pages: the region in map or list mode, your lists, the planner, your offering map and the company profile itself. See Inspect overview for how to work it.
What it costs
Included with every plan. The plan sets how many company profiles you can open a month: 5 on Free, 100 on Pro, 500 on Ultra and 1,000 on Max. Browsing the map, the list, the filters and your own lists costs nothing at all, and documents, stored contacts and debriefs draw on your ordinary monthly usage. Which regions are active is agreed with us. See Billing for Inspect.
