400 off brackets, mild steel, zinc plate to ISO 2081 Fe/Zn12/A, clear passivate
Fe/Zn12/A decoded to 12 microns of zinc on steel, with the whole call-out kept verbatim.
High tensile screws
80 off cap screws, property class 12.9, zinc plate 8 microns. These are highly stressed.
Steered off electrolytic zinc towards zinc flake or mechanical plating, which are hydrogen free.
Tools stripped and recoated
40 off 12mm 4 flute end mills, strip and recoat AlTiN, edge prep before coating please
