Monitoring
Watchers set against an area that check on a schedule and act when something changes.
The Monitors sheet in Quotes: one monitor of each kind the area offers, checked a quarter of an hour ago and quiet, then the kinds that can be added here: Quote unanswered, Quote expiring, A saved list crosses a number.
In practice
Each monitor checks every fifteen minutes, hourly or daily, then notifies the team or calls a webhook.
Offered where it applies
Each area offers only the kinds that fit it and your products; a monitor whose product goes off is paused, not deleted.
Every monitor kind in the platform, by the area that offers it, while a workspace switches products on one at a time: Quotes, Orders and Customers offer theirs whatever is on, each other kind once a product it needs is on, and Inspect's still waits at the end.

Lands in the bell, within a limit
A fired monitor is a notification in the bell, kept in the app unless someone asks for email. Each stops at its daily limit and says so.

- Nobody can watch every quote, order and stock line all day.
- Every fifteen minutes, hourly or daily, depending on the kind. Delivery late checks every fifteen minutes.
