One Kabaido code on any item, batch, package or job, scanned and followed through the platform and the workshop.

Why and how

Why
When a customer asks where their item is, the answer should take one scan.
How
Each scan writes an event with its station and the minutes since the last scan onto the code's trail.

How it works

  • One code, many aliases

    A customer's own asset number or a courier's consignment number is held against the code, so either number finds the same trail.

  • Stations, not guesses

    A machine station records jobs in and out under its own name, never an operator's; a member moving a job signs it.

  • Proof at the door

    Delivery events carry the signature and photographs; the customer sees the signature, never the station or who scanned.
