Set up around the work you do
Choose your products, install your trade, bring your catalogue in, then send a real request.
The platform as its registries draw it: a product, the areas it brings and the areas it adds to, then the parts built into those areas, shown for Source, Service Centre, Machinist, Commerce and Sales Engineer in turn.
Sales Engineer brings Quotes, Orders and Catalogue
From sign up to first request
1. Choose your products
Switch on what your work needs; the menu, areas, AI and guides follow, and switching off deletes nothing.
The platform's own Products switchboard beside the menu it produces. Switch a product on or off and the menu follows, computed by the same registry the platform reads.

Design Engineer turns a custom enquiry into a configured, priced and drawn product.

Source runs your buy side, from the request for quotation to the invoice matched against what arrived.
Stock keeps one true quantity for everything you hold, wherever it is.
Production
Service Centre runs the work you do on the customer's own property, from the item arriving to the item going back.
Machinist runs the floor and tells you what the job cost.
Marketing
Wizard picks the right product for the application, the way an application engineer would.
Inspect tells your sales team which manufacturers to approach and what to say when they get there.
Commerce puts your catalogue online as a B2B trade site and connects it to the platform.

Switch anything on or off to try your own.
2. Install your trade
A preset adds the product schemas, design modules, machine modules, service models, wizards and customer fields a trade uses.
Three tooling presets in the Presets list, each counting what it brings; PCD and diamond tooling is chosen, set up and marked On.
PCD and diamond tooling is on
3. Bring your catalogue in
Upload a spreadsheet: columns are matched to your schema and every row is checked before anything is written.
A 300 row endmill file importing into the Cutting tools schema: every column matched to a field without AI, then every row checked before the import runs.
4. Send a real request
Paste an enquiry into the one AI input and every line comes back structured, each value cited to the customer's own words.
The Kabaido request box with a customer's emailed request for quotation pasted in: ten carbide end mills, five ball nose cutters, twenty square end mills and four collets, sent to be read line by line.
Send, and every line is read
From enquiry to delivered order.
Switch on what you need and the platform adapts to the rest.

In person
We walk through your own work with you first, then quote the implementation before anything starts.
Questions about setting up
- No. Keep your ERP and accounts beside Kabaido, or run entirely on it; every integration says honestly whether it works today.More on Integrations
- Yes, in Settings. An area stays readable while it holds rows, and switching off never deletes anything.
- The subscription is published on the pricing page. Implementation work beyond your plan is quoted per project before it starts.More on Pricing
