Five ranked roles plus operator, and job templates that set a person's role, areas and stations in one pick.
Three jobs applied to one person in turn: an Estimator gets quotes and the catalogue, an Operator the machine stations and never a price, an Administrator every area.
In practice
The ranked role decides what the database lets them change; the areas only narrow what their menu shows.
A station, not a login
A machine station signs in by device key and records only what its screen allows; a member opens any station they hold without signing out.

Never a price at the bench
Operators and drivers never see a price, a cost or a margin; a driver's delivery read carries no charge or order total.
Rows from two organisations in one table: the database policy returns only your organisation's rows, your files sit under your organisation's folder, and roles apply inside your organisation.
