- Stop the retyping between the order and the invoice. Sage 200 stays the system of record and Kabaido records the reference.
- What moves
- Out: quote and order events as signed JSON, including an order ready to invoice. In: the invoice reference, dates and paid state on the order invoice action. Kabaido never calls Sage 200 itself.
- What you hand over
- Whatever Sage 200 needs inside your automation tool. Kabaido's side is a signed outbound endpoint and a tokenised inbound URL, both created here.
Set it up
- 1Add an outbound endpoint here for the order events, pointed at your Zapier, Make or n8n hook.
- 2In the automation, raise the invoice in Sage 200 from the payload.
- 3Add an inbound endpoint with the order invoice action.
- 4Have the automation post the invoice reference and the paid state back, and the order shows them.
